Jason Rader believes that security professionals are saving the planet, and everyone is part of the solution. He began his college career as a voice major and was an early adopter of using technology to push creativity — in this case interfacing musical instruments with computer systems. His interest in tech inspired him to pursue a focus in local area networks and internet-based technologies, eventually leading him to start a company specialized in Microsoft and Cisco training and consulting. After building, running and eventually selling his company, Jason took a role with RSA to transform the organization into an established solutions provider. Jason joined Insight in 2015 to build the security consulting group. In 2021 he assumed the role of chief information security officer.

With more than 20 years of experience, she has deep roots in training and instructional design. Jen loves a challenge and thrives when she is helping clients solve their performance needs.
David Gaw
Senior Performance Consultant, Change and Training, Insight
David is a learning leader and certified Project Management Professional with more than 20 years of success in training and change management. David uses an effective combination of business, financial and technical acumen coupled with a talent for conveying sophisticated concepts in uncomplicated terms, with a focus on business results. He has extensive experience with enterprise software and soft skills training. David is a subject matter expert in immersive technology, working with the Microsoft HoloLens 2 and related software tools.
Michele Snead

Michele is the director of performance consulting for Insight Digital Innovation’s Learning & Development team. She’s been in the industry since 1999 and has significant change management and training experience in the SAP space. She’s an advocate for considering the human side of change in any business transformation. When she’s not consulting, Michele enjoys kickboxing, entertaining and spending time with her husband and two children.
